Walks for Carers invites carers of people with disability, mental illness or aged person a chance attend free walking events in your local neighbourhood, to connect with other carers and learn about the supports available. This state-wide program is led by Neighbourhood Houses Victoria’s Neighbourhood Carers Club. Each walking group is led by carers for carers. It’s what makes our program unique!
