If your skills, experience and motivation are what we are looking for, someone from the Talent Acquisition team will contact you via phone or email.  

Your Interview

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview. You will meet with the hiring leader and other members of the team. You might participate in a phone screen, an assessment centre or one or more face-to-face interviews. Our interviews are designed as a conversation aimed at getting to know more about you and what really drives you

Additional Testing

Depending on the role, we might ask you to complete some additional assessments. This might include a work-based simulation, behavioural assessment or psychometric testing (such as a verbal, numerical or cognitive assessment). This helps us get a better understanding of how you work and what you would bring to the team.

Pre-Employment Assessments

If you are a preferred candidate, you will be required to complete several pre-employment assessments. This might include reference checks, employment and qualification verification, financial integrity checks and a visa check. All candidates must satisfactorily complete a Police Check and hold the right to work in Australia. This is to ensure the safety of our organisation and our community.

Your Offer Of Employment

Congratulations! Once all our checks are satisfactorily completed, we will formally offer you the job. Once you have accepted our verbal offer, we will send you your Offer of Employment and some new starter paperwork to complete. You will be then ready to join Wyndham and start your journey with us!
