Join us for All Ages Chess at Point Cook Library. Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Our experienced Chess Club Volunteers will be available to help with basic rules, strategies and to referee games. - STEAM Lab runs during the school term.
- Bookings for each session opens 1 week prior; some programs are booked for the whole term at once by booking in week 1.
- Please note participants cannot repeat experiments e.g. if a participant attends slime making at Julia Gillard Library Tarneit they cannot attend slime making at Point Cook Library at a later date.
- Please note that due to high demand, this program is only open to families in Wyndham.

Young Storytellers
Do you enjoy making up stories? Are you looking for some inspiration to create stories?
Come along to the Young Storytellers program at Julia Gillard Library Tarneit. Use your imagination to create stories and practise your story sharing skills, whether that’s through writing or through illustrations.
Ages 7 – 12. Young Storytellers runs fortnightly during the school term.

Read with me
Read With Me is an online program where primary school aged children can practise their reading. During each session our Education Librarians will guide your child's reading and recommend new authors and books for them to try.
