Pay online
If you have received an invoice from Wyndham City Council, the easiest way to pay is through our online portal.
You will need the reference number on your invoice.
We are currently updating our systems. If the reference number on your invoice does not work, call us on 1300 023 411 and we will provide an updated reference number.
If you don't have your invoice number, or you need to pay a number of invoices at once, you can log into your customer account.
If you do not have a customer account, you will be asked if you would like to create one. Once you have registered, you will need to wait for your applications or transactions to be linked to your new account. This may take a couple of days.
Other ways to pay
Not every payment method is available for every kind of payment. You will be able to find a list of what methods of payment are available on your invoice.
Pay by BPAY
Pay through BPAY by contacting your bank or other financial institution.
You will need the biller code and reference number from your invoice.
A minimum payment of $20 applies for BPAY.
Pay by phone
You can pay by debit or credit card by calling Australia Post on 13 18 16.
You will need to provide the Billpay code and bank reference number shown on the front of your invoice.
Pay in person
Pay your invoice in person by visiting:
- the Wyndham Civic Centre
- one of our customer service centres
- any Australia Post office.
You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, eftpos, money order or cheque. The Wyndham Civic Centre also accepts cash.

You can pay your invoice by posting a cheque to:
