Wyndham City Council has a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for hire that are suitable for community and commercial use. Indoor rooms for hire are suitable for a range of activities. Outdoor public spaces are suitable for events, group fitness and sports.
New Venue Booking System
Book with ease! Wyndham City is introducing a new online booking system that will make it easier to book and manage community centre room hire at Council-managed facilities.
You can now see the availability of some of our spaces in real time, showcase what we have available or make booking requests at any time, even if out of hours.
The system is being rolled out in two stages, with stage one now live and including Council-managed community centres and halls. Community centres that owned by Council, but are run by a third party, will not be included in the new booking system.
Stage two of online booking system will go live later this year and will include bookings for Encore Events Centre, Wyndham Cultural Centre, Youth Services, Libraries, open space and sport and recreation spaces.

Wyndham City Council offer a range of rooms and venues for hire across the city. Capacity limits vary across the facilities. There is high demand for indoor spaces, so please be flexible when considering the date and time of room and venue hire.

Youth programs, meetings, band rehearsal, recreational programs, training and seminars. Non-for-profit community groups, organisations or agencies that provide a service to young people under aged 25 may hire the rooms. Capacity limits up to 100 people. |

Council halls are suitable dancing, meetings, exhibitions, exercise classes, seminars, small groups, events. Capacity limits vary across Council Hall Venues with limits up to 225 people.
Youth Services @ Hoppers Crossing
Wyndham City’s Youth Services, Hoppers Crossing is a multi-purpose youth facility for young people aged between 12-25 years old.

Encore Events Centre
Encore is the perfect location for any event. With rooms that cater for 10 - 1,000 people, it is great for meetings, concerts, theatre, banquets and performances.

Chirnside Park includes a range of sporting facilities as well as barbeque and picnic facilities
