Your personal information is being collected by Council to ensure we have your up-to- date details in compliance with Information Privacy Principle (IPP) 3.1,  associated with the Privacy & Data Protection Act 2014.    IPP3.1 states that an organisation must take reasonable steps to make sure that

the personal information it collects, uses or disclosed is accurate, complete and up-to-date.  Your personal information will be stored in Council’s Customer Database and used to identify you when communicating with Council and for the delivery of services and information.
