Real Estate Agent Pointer Boards

Wyndham City continues to work with Real Estate agencies to ensure they have permits for their real estate pointer boards.

All pointer boards that direct home buyers to open house inspections need to have a permit, this helps manage visual clutter, neighbourhood amenity and public safety.

Wyndham will support the monitoring of the pointer boards with regular patrols and enforcement to ensure Local Law requirements are met.
