Sleep and settling concerns are very common for families with young children. In the first five years of life, a child’s brain and body develops more quickly than at any other time, which can affect how they sleep.
If you are having difficulties with your child’s sleep or settling, support is available. You can learn how your child’s sleep changes as they grow and get practical tips and strategies to help.
