Booking your child's Maternal and Child Health appointment

All appointment requests must be made through Child and Family Support on 1300 370 567. At this time, appointments cannot be made by Maternal and Child Health nurses or community centres.

We recommend calling us about one month before your child's next appointment is due. This gives us more time to find an appointment that suits your family.

You can check when your child's appointment is due in your My Health and Development Record (Green Book).

If you are not sure when the appointment is due, or you need help, call Child and Family support on 1300 370 567. We are happy to help.

Due to high service demands, appointment availability can be impacted by nurse availability, time-sensitive cases, or other service priorities. Wyndham City will endeavour to work with you to book an appointment at the next available time.

Thank you for your understanding. We are working to make it easier for families to access our service.
