Come along and play ‘The Adaptation Game’ an interactive, board game-based workshop designed to explore climate resilience in a fun and engaging way.
What is The Adaptation Game?
The Adaptation Game helps individuals and communities better understand extreme weather events—such as heatwaves, floods, and bushfires—and identify practical actions to strengthen personal and community resilience.
Grounded in scientific evidence, the game explores how climate change is expected to impact Wyndham and highlights real projects and programs already underway. It’s a cooperative experience where players work together in small groups, guided by a facilitator.
Who should play?
TAG is ideal for anyone aged 16 and over who’s interested in learning about climate risks and discovering ways to take meaningful action.
There will be game hosted at our libraries and community centres throughout the year.
If you would like host or play the Adaption Game, please complete our online application form.
Become a Facilitator
TAG encourages players to reflect on their local climate and its effects on the community. Facilitators play a key role in guiding discussions and creating a welcoming, informative environment.
If you’re passionate about climate action, enjoy leading conversations, and know your local area well, we’d love to hear from you, please complete our online application form.
