Council and Committee Meetings

All Council, Planning Committee & Contracts Approval Committee Meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held in the Council Chamber at the Wyndham Civic Centre, 45 Princes Highway, Werribee, commencing at 6pm.

Please note that the Council Meeting on 28 April 2026 will be conducted online only and livestreamed as normal via the Council website.

A petition or joint letter is a request from members of the public for information or action in relation to a particular matter.
