Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the implementation of an Off Leash Dog Park Implementation Project, at Citybay Drive Drainage Reserve located in Point Cook VIC 3030.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to the construction of:
- A new off-leash area
- Site preliminaries, earthworks, site set out
- Landscaping, and the supply and installation of new fencing, gates, furniture, instant turf, irrigation, trees, mulch
- Concrete and granitic sand surfaces, drainage pipes and headwalls,
- Dog agility equipment and drink fountain.
The successful Contractor will be required to deliver the project in accordance with the approved designs, specifications, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
