Please note: Many childcare centres also provide funded kindergarten; however, they are not part of our registration system. If you are looking for a long-day centre, please visit the Victoria Government Department of Education’s Find a Kinder page.
- There are over forty sessional (standalone) kindergartens in Wyndham.
- Wyndham City manages the registrations for all of them. During the registration and offer process, you will be in touch with our Kindergarten Registration Team. You can find the contact details on this page.
- Once you accept a kindergarten offer, your kindergarten provider will be your main contact for enrolment, orientation and day-to-day support. Your provider may be Wyndham City Council, Bestchance, One Tree, ECMS, Quantin Binnah, Sparkways, or KU Children’s Services.
- All services are monitored by the Department of Education to ensure regulatory standards are maintained.

- Kindergarten starts every year in January or February.
- The calculator will show when your child is eligible for three- or four-year-old kinder.
- To start kinder in January, submit your registration by the end of May in the year before they start.
Step 2: Find a kindergarten near you
