Local businesses are invited to apply to exhibit at the WYNnovation Business Expo 2026.
To ensure a diverse and balanced showcase, we will limit the number of exhibitors offering the same or similar products or services.
Applications will be assessed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibitor FAQs
Who is eligible to apply?
To exhibit, your business must:
- Have an active ABN registered in Wyndham, or have a physical business location in Wyndham.
- Offer products or services to other businesses (B2B).
Businesses who only sell to the general public (B2C only) are not eligible. - Be compliant with all relevant laws and not be insolvent.
Businesses outside Wyndham may apply but will be considered only after allocations to eligible Wyndham businesses are confirmed.
Are exhibitor spaces guaranteed once I apply?
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth. All applications are reviewed, and successful applicants will be notified by email.
If you would like to secure your place with certainty and gain additional visibility and benefits, you are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest for Sponsorship. Sponsorship packages include priority access to exhibitor spaces and additional promotional advantages throughout the WYNnovation program.

Why are some categories limited (e.g. accounting firms)?
To ensure a diverse range of industries, the number of exhibitors offering similar products or services may be limited. Applications are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Example: Only three exhibitors may be accepted within some service categories.
Is there a cost to exhibit?
Yes. Exhibitor fees apply:
- Standard Booth (2m x 2m): $350 + GST
- Standard Booth + 30-minute Presentation Session: $750 + GST
A tax invoice will be issued after acceptance and must be paid by the due date to secure your place.
What is included in the booth setup?
Each Standard Booth includes:
- 2m x 2m booth space
- 1 display wall
- 1 chair
Businesses are responsible for any additional display items. Power can be requested in the application (approved case-by-case).
Are there presentation opportunities?
Yes. A limited number of free 30-minute presentation sessions are available as part of the program. Only businesses that select the Standard Booth + Session Presenter package may apply to present. Topics and allocations are subject to Council approval.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. All exhibitors must have Public Liability Insurance of at least $10 million. A valid Certificate of Currency covering the Expo date must be provided or your application cannot be approved.
When do I need to set up and pack down?
- Bump-In: Wednesday 6 May 2026, between 3pm and 6pm
- Expo Day: Thursday 7 May 2026, booth staffed 8am – 4pm
- Pack Down: Completed by 8pm on Thursday 7 May 2026
At least one representative must remain at the booth for the entire event.
Can I hand out giveaways or run a competition?
Yes, but all promotions, giveaways, raffles or competitions require Council pre-approval. Plastic water bottles and balloons are not permitted.
Who provides signage?
Council will provide standard booth signage. Any additional signage must be approved before the event.
Can I withdraw my application?
Yes. If you withdraw:
- Before 9:00am on 26 March 2026: Full refund
- After 9:00am on 26 March 2026: No refund

- WYNnovation Summit – 15 May 2025
The WYNnovation Summit featured a powerful lineup of speakers and conversations that continue to spark ideas and momentum across our community.
Simon Waller reminded us that deep thinking is the foundation of innovation. Winitha Bonney OAM delivered a moving keynote on the importance of authenticity and storytelling in leadership. Nornie Bero shared her passion for culture, country, and legacy — leaving a lasting impact.
Daniel Flynn challenged us to see how one moment can create a movement, inspiring attendees to take action with purpose.
Our local panel featuring Mamun Haque, Samuel Fragapane, and Mari Robert showcased the world-class talent and ideas thriving right here in Wyndham.

Held at Ironbark Fields and Pavilion, this strategic workshop brought together key local leaders and stakeholders to help shape the future Wyndham’s economic development strategy. Facilitated by Simon Waller, the session focused on identifying emerging priorities, innovation pathways, and collaboration opportunities to guide Wyndham’s long-term prosperity.

Hosted by Wyndham Tech School, this session connected students with experienced local business owners for valuable guidance and career insights. - 9 May – Cracking the Code: Engaging and Retaining Gen Z in the Workforce
Delivered by Third Culture and supported by Workforce Australia, this interactive workshop at the Youth Centre, Hoppers Crossing focused on strategies for attracting and retaining Gen Z talent. - 13 May – Biznet Forum
Hosted by Wyndham Biznet at Village Cinema Werribee, this networking event featured industry speakers, local business showcases, and key updates on the future of work. - 20 May – Intro to CSIRO for Ag & Food Startups
Held at the CSIRO Food Innovation Centre, this session introduced startup founders to cutting-edge research partnerships and commercialisation opportunities. - 30 May – Business Development Workshop from Vision to Action: Strategic steps to make it happen now

Wyndham wins National Economic Development Award for Excellence in Strategic Thinking for WYNnovation 2024
