Established in 1998, the Committee for Wyndham holds the distinction of being the third oldest 'Committee for' in Australia. Embedded in the visionary leadership of the then Werribee community, the organization has diligently served Wyndham for over 25 years. Through collaboration with businesses, governmental entities, and the community at large, it advocates for the interests of Wyndham and fosters crucial partnerships with external stakeholders.

As an apolitical membership-based, not-for-profit entity, the Committee for Wyndham is dedicated to amplifying the voice of business within the vibrant community. It is committed to shaping a promising future for Wyndham by facilitating and fostering connections among businesses, communities, government bodies, and individuals. Together, they strive to enhance Wyndham's social and economic well-being, ensuring a prosperous tomorrow for all.

Purpose

The purpose of the Committee for Wyndham is to unite organizations from both within and outside Wyndham's business, individuals, community, and government sectors. Its mission is to nurture Wyndham as a vibrant city within the rapidly expanding Victorian and national landscape.

Tarneit Business Association

The Tarneit Business Association recognises the very valuable and important role which local businesses will play in the future prosperity of Tarneit, providing local employment, and local access to essential goods, services and facilities.

The establishment of a Business Association for Tarneit is supported by State Government’s Tarneit Revitalisation Program. Tarneit Business Association is delighted to be working with Wyndham City, the State Government and the Tarneit Revitalisation Board to grow business together in Tarneit.

Wyndham BizNet

Wyndham BizNet is an independent, not-for-profit business networking group for the Wyndham region.  Members and guests meet regularly over a two-course dinner in a local venue.  A special key note speaker presents at each meeting.
