Requirements

Under Wyndham City’s Community Amenity Local Law (2015) a permit is required when a property has more than the permitted amount of animals (e.g. More than 1 dog and 3 cats, more than 2 dogs and 2 cats etc.).

Conditions

A key focus during the life of the Domestic Animal Management Plan is to increase the number of cats and dogs that are registered, microchipped and desexed.  With this in mind, a condition is placed on the Excess Animal permit that any additional animal must be desexed.

Application Form

Ensure all sections of the form are filled out or it cannot be processed and will be returned to the applicant.
