As part of Council’s efforts to support community reactivation as civic activity resumes post COVID-19, opportunity exists for Wyndham-based mobile food vans through to 30 June 2023 to trade at specific locations and times throughout the municipality.
Note that not all locations and/or times requested may be available.
Mobile food vans need to be at the location stated on the permit issued, no roving service (e.g. through streets).
No more than two vans scheduled at any one location with no duplication of food offerings at the same time.

Successful applicants will be eligible to trade at the location/day/time stated on their permit. No more than two vans will be scheduled at any one location, with no duplication of food offerings at the same time. Roving service (e.g. through streets) is outside the scope of this initiative.
A permit fee of $869.00 per mobile food van is required to be paid by successful applicants.
Permits will not be issued to successful applicants until the fee is paid.
What happens after I submit my EOI?
Council will assess all EOI submissions and will advise applicants of the outcome of their application. Successful applicants will be notified of the locations/days/times they will be permitted to trade.
Please note that permits will be issued, and trade can commence once Council receives:
- Statement of Trade submitted for the successful locations/days/times.
- Payment of permit fee.
