Wyndham City Council has a dedicated team of Community Connectors who can help you find and connect with local services options.
This free program can help you access and navigate local services safely and confidentially.
We will provide personalised assistance tailored to your situation and support you to find the services you need, including:
- housing and homelessness support
- mental health services
- hardship and emergency relief
- aged services
- disability support
- connect you with local groups and clubs to help you stay connected
- other community services
Please note that while we don’t provide case management, we can help you find the right organisations for ongoing support.

Food and Housing

Family Violence Support
Sometimes things at home or in a relationship are not okay, or families are worried about the wellbeing of their children. We listen and help you to get the support you need, quickly and easily. It’s free and you don’t need a referral.

Safe Steps provides 24-hour, 7-days-a-week support for people experiencing family violence. They can help in a crisis, create a safety plan, and find emergency accommodation. You can contact them by phone, email, or live chat, so you don’t have to call if that doesn’t feel safe.
