Featuring guest judge Nova Weetman

Imagination Creation Writing Competition is a biennial competition run by Wyndham City Libraries.

The 2024 competition is now open and runs from 15 April – 14 July!

Young writers from all around Victoria are encouraged to enter as many writing pieces as they would like. Categories include both stories and poems, by writers aged 5-10 years, 11-14 years, and 15-18 years.

All entries must be submitted online through Submittable. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must create an account with Submittable and submit your entry on your behalf.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully before you enter. Remember that the story or poem must be your own original work. If generative AI software such as ChatGPT has been used, your entry will be disqualified. Please also make sure that your name does not appear anywhere in your story or poem, as this will disqualify your entry too.

Best of luck!
