While we can't run programs in the library right now, we will be bringing you online events and content to keep you entertained and engaged from home. Check out Facebook and Wyndham Together for special events and one-off activities as well!

Wyndham City Libraries Junior Chess Tournament 2021

Kids aged 8 -13 are invited to join Wyndham City Libraries Junior Chess Tournament 2021!

This exciting online event will be facilitated by librarians from Wyndham City Libraries and a chess arbiter from Kids Unlimited who will monitor games and answer questions.

There are also fantastic prizes to be won including trophies and JB Hi-Fi vouchers for the winners!

Players must know how to play chess, however no previous tournament experience is required.

This online event will be run via MS Teams and Tornelo. Following your booking, library staff will be in touch with further details about how the tournament will run on the day.

A membership with Wyndham City Libraries is required to register for this event. Not a member? Click here to join.

Please note that if this session books out places will be allocated preferentially to young people who live and/ or study in the Wyndham City Council area.
