Do you think about reducing your own or the household’s waste and plastic use?
If yes, let’s start, by recycling textiles.

We are making Beeswax Food Wraps. You will make and have about 4 to 6 to take home. If you have a larger bowl you would like a cover for please bring it along.

This way we can reduce our use of cling film and foil. So, good for the environment and your pocket as you will save money too in the long term.

At the end of the workshop, we will be having a Women’s Clothes Swap. So be sure to bring 3 to 5 nice, clean garments and take home a ‘new’ outfit. Please note these should be a little special and clean.

(A token will be given for each good piece you bring, so this can be claimed later at other workshops)

You can drop into the the workshop either on a Saturday from 2 to 4pm or on a Tuesday 6:30 to 8:30pm.

Please note there will be only 4 workshops will run in MAY. The next workshop on Beeswax wraps are on Tuesday 14th and 28th from 6:30 to 8:30pm and Saturday 11th and 25th from 2 to 4pm

In June a new workshop will be learn to crochet and make cotton dishcloths
