Wyndham City Council’s Maternal Child Family Health and Well-being Team are excited to announce that we are now offering FREE Sleep and Settling Information sessions in partnership with Maribyrnong City Council’s Maternal and Child Health Service.
Learn about how your baby’s sleep changes over time, and tips and strategies on how to settle your baby as they grow and change.

6 Months – 12 Months
Session will cover
- Understanding what is a normal amount of sleep
- Tired signs and sleep patterns
- Settling Techniques
- Information on referral for further support
Please note these sessions will be hosted by Maribyrnong City Council’s Maternal and Child Health Service on behalf of Wyndham City Council. This online session will be delivered through ZOOM.
Each information session will run for an hour and a half. They will be facilitated by qualified and experienced Maternal & Child Health experts from Maribyrnong City Council’s Maternal and Child Health Service.

- Ways to encourage your toddler to develop good sleep habits.
- Settling strategies to improve challenging toddler behaviours and improve sleep
