Wyndham City is excited to announce the Hoppers Crossing Library is moving back to its permanent location and re-opening in March 2024, at Level 1, Pacific Werribee.
The temporary space, the Hoppers Crossing Library Loft, will close its doors from Monday 12 February 2024 to allow time for the library to move back and be ready to welcome customers.
Wyndham City Learning City portfolio holder, Councillor Jasmine Hill, said: “Come and visit the refreshed Hoppers Crossing library. We look forward to welcoming our community back into the space.”
“Wyndham City has taken the opportunity during construction to increase the size of this well-loved space by adding two new community rooms, with works funded through a Victorian Government Living Libraries Grant.”
“The refreshed Hoppers Crossing Library now has two new bookable community rooms, fresh new carpet, upgraded modern lights, been repainted and a new hearing loop has been installed.”
“The refurbished Hoppers Crossing Library will be fully stocked and continue to provide all the usual services and library items including computers, study nooks and will offer library activities and programs.”
