Children’s Week Picnic 2024

Pack the picnic blanket and join in the fun at the greatest family outdoor event in the west – the Children’s Week Picnic!

This much-loved free Wyndham City event will be held on Sunday 27 October at Werribee Park, 10am – 4pm.

Get ready for a day of fun and fantastic interactive activities with a focus on education and learning.

The Children's Week Picnic provides an opportunity for children to explore new experiences.

There'll also be much loved favourites for all the family including music, games, sport, market stalls, food trucks and more!

Exhibitor Applications

Applications are currently open for Exhibitors at this year’s Children’s Week Picnic to promote child & family related businesses to the diverse Wyndham community at this long running and much-loved family event.

This event attracts families from all over the Wyndham area, all looking for a fun day out in the picturesque gardens of Werribee Park.

This event is free for attendees and we do request that all exhibitors provide a FREE, suitable activity or demonstration as part of their offering. Activities should provide an opportunity to engage children and could include sports, craft, games, music and more!

Exhibitor Fees & Package Options:

Standard Exhibitor - $265 + GST (Includes a 3x3 Marquee, Personalised Event Signage, 1 x Trestle and 2 x Chairs)

Premium Exhibitor - $365 + GST (Includes a 6x3 Marquee, Personalised Event Signage, 2 x Trestles and 2 x Chairs)

Not for Profit Exhibitor - $165 + GST (Includes a 3x3 Marquee, Personalised Event Signage, 1 x Trestle and 2 x Chairs. *Reminder - Certificate of NFP status will be required)
