Arndell Park (ECMS)

ECMS acknowledges that all children have the right to grow and develop in a warm, safe and secure environment. We believe in providing environments that provide flexibility and cater to the needs of the individual children and their families.

The 3+ activity group educators will develop play environments that promote the children’s independence, self-esteem and creativity skills as well as extending the children’s social, physical, emotional and intellectual development. They will also have access to current information to assist them to plan for children with reference to the Early Years Learning Frameworks. This will enable them to observe and plan appropriately for the children in their care to promote a sense of ‘ Being, Belonging and Becoming’ within the care environment.
