Break a sweat and release those feel-good endorphins!

We invite all young women aged 12-17 years, to join our fun-filled fitness sessions designed to get you moving and feeling good. Perfect for beginners, you'll be guided by a professional through lots of different exercises including strength training and boxing.

Light refreshments are provided at the end of every session.
