Applications will be assessed by Council officers in accordance with the eligibility criteria and applicants will be contacted regarding their application within 10 business days of its submission.

4.1 Successful applicants must enter into a funding agreement with Council and comply with the terms and conditions of that agreement.

4.2 Successful applicants who have elected to receive a Land Manager Implemented Grant acknowledge and agree that prior to receiving a funding agreement to enter into, they must meet with Council at the relevant property and allow an inspection of the property to enable the development of a Land Management Plan, which will detail the land management works to be undertaken as part of the Scheme.
