Contract No. CT001358: Invitation to Tender - Aquapulse – Power Improvement Project Consultant Package

Wyndham City Council is seeking to engage a consultant to lead the implementation of a comprehensive electrification (replacement of gas boilers) and energy improvement strategy at AquaPulse (AP). This project is part of the Council’s sustainability initiatives and aims to reduce the environmental impact and improving energy efficiency. The project also includes electrical and mechanical infrastructure upgrades to improve the current HVAC systems and enhance the building fabric to support long term environmental and operational goals.

All enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Message Forum established for this tender.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 noon Wednesday 3 September 2025.

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
