NDIS provides funding and support for people with permanent and significant disabilities to live more independently and achieve their goals.
HACC-PYP supports younger people with disabilities, and their carers, to remain independent and connected within their community. This program provides basic support services such as personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
As a carer of an older person, a person with a disability or a person with a mental illness, there are a number of Government and non-Government funded programs and support services available to you.
