Invitation to tender: Contract no: CT001463 Eagle Stadium Solar PV – Supply and Installation

Wyndham City Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Solar PV Service Provider to supply and install a large-scale, 400kW+ grid connected solar PV rooftop system at Eagle Stadium, located at 35 Ballan Road, Werribee VIC 3030.

The Solar PV Service Provider shall, supply, deliver, install, test, commission and maintain the system, which shall be complete with all necessary ancillary and minor items to facilitate the correct completion of the work. This shall also apply to all requirements of relevant standards and/or authorities having jurisdiction over these works.

The Tender Package is available for download via Tender Link, note that registration on this etendering portal is required. There is no cost to register.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through Tender Link no later than Wednesday 12th November 2025 at 12:00 Noon (AEDT).
