The objective of the Service is for the supply and spreading of various types of Materials at various parks, gardens and children’s playgrounds as directed by an authorised representative of Council. The Material will primarily be used to top up or rejuvenate existing soft fall areas and garden beds. As such the new Material shall be compatible with the existing materials on site. Some new areas may also be required.
The Service Provider’s must provide all management, administration, labour, Delivery Vehicles and other vehicles, safety equipment, equipment and tools for moving, cartage and spreading, materials, insurances, overheads and profit for carrying out all the activities detailed in this Specification.
This Contract is a schedule of rates contract, and Council does not provide any guarantee in respect of the amount, mixture or types of Works that may be required under the Contract.
