The Wyndham Spots Facility User Guide was endorsed by Council at the Council meeting on 24 February 2026.
The Sports Facility User Guide outlines how Council provides facilities that allow more people to participate more often in physical activity and their local communities. The policy sets out how to access these facilities, their cost and any conditions of use.
The main goal is to provide clear and consistent guidelines for using Council facilities, supporting the Active Wyndham Strategy vision of helping more residents meet national physical activity targets.
