Important: This RSVP is for people who want to register to speak at the Planning Committee Meeting only.

If you have not registered as a speaker for a Planning Committee Meeting but would like to attend to observe the meeting, you are required to register your attendance.

Privacy Statement

Your personal information is being collected by Council to register your RSVP to speak at the Planning Committee Meeting. Please note that you will be filmed, as part of the meeting, which is live streamed on Council’s Facebook page and a video recording of the meeting is published on Council’s website for a 12-month period. Your name as an Objector or Applicant making a submission at the meeting is also recorded in the meeting minutes and published on Council’s website.

By registering your RSVP to speak at the Planning Committee Meeting, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as stated above.
