Meet at The Grange Community Centre for our Walk and Talk Group on Wednesdays, 9:15am start. Walking for 45 minutes through our local community and parks.

Join us for a fitness class held on chairs. It is suitable for all ages including seniors. All abilities and for rehabilitation participants. Enjoy exercising while socializing and meeting new people.
