Cultural Art Exhibition

Visit the Centre to explore an inspiring collection of works by local artists across a wide range of mediums, including painting, photography, forged steel sculpture, and environmentally inspired art.

Artists from the Point Cook Chinese Friendship Association, Wyndham Joyful Home, and the Wyndham Chinese Cultural Promotion Group present contemporary Chinese artworks, featuring landscapes, flowers and birds, and Gongbi—the traditional meticulous style characterised by fine-line brushwork and layered ink and pigment.

Works by Becky Cui, founder and teacher at Just Art Studio, are exhibited alongside selected pieces by her students, collectively exploring global themes through diverse artistic perspectives.

Graham Satterley presents evocative scenes of the English countryside, capturing its cottages and people. He discovered his artistic talent early in life, sharing first prize in a nationwide art competition with his twin brother.

David Mullins, a 3D concept artist and photographer, showcases Faces of Wyndham, a photographic series capturing the spirit of one of Australia’s most diverse communities.

Artist Blacksmith Malcolm Hollis brings a deep connection to nature through his forged steel works. Drawing on his background in arboriculture and tree surgery, his highly stylised, organic forms reflect a lifelong passion for trees and the natural world.

Point Cook–based artist and muralist Ayelet Brooks explores themes of people, nature, and animals through her expressive and engaging works.

Artist Beryl Beattie loves to paint in all mediums, with oils being her favourite. She has won Best in Show at the King Valley Art Show for two consecutive years and has recently taken up watercolour.

Works by Harold Wignel, a collection of oils, are inspired by nature and by people close to his heart.
