The nation’s most iconic fish will be celebrated by the couple in a beachside Love Shack pop-up at Bondi on National Barramundi Day, Friday 17th October

Declan and Sarah have created three recipes for the occasion which demonstrate why barramundi is Australia’s most loved fish

As part of the day, more than 100 Aussie pubs, restaurants, cafes and clubs will join in celebrations with barra specials served up across the country for lovers of the fish to enjoy

This National Barramundi Day, Friday 17th October, celebrity chefs (and real-life couple) Declan Cleary and Sarah Todd will be heating things up at Bondi Beach with a one-day-only “Falling in Love with Barramundi” pop-up.

The playful Love Shack experience will see the pair cooking up their favourite barramundi dishes live for the public, serving fresh Aussie barra alongside stories that celebrate why this versatile, proudly Australian fish deserves a place in every household.

Visitors can enjoy delicious barramundi tastings, pick up exclusive recipes and even get tips and tricks from Declan and Sarah about how to prepare the iconic fish. The activation is designed to bring Australians closer to the fish, with Declan and Sarah showing just how easy it can be to cook with barra at home.
