Invitation to tender: CONTRACT NO. CT001379 Footpath, Kerb and Channel Reinstatement Works Panel (52567)

Wyndham City Council seeks tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the reconstruction and maintenance of residential footpaths, shared pathways, kerb and channels in accordance with Council’s standard drawings and specifications.

This is a Schedule of Rates Annual Supply Panel Contract for 3 years plus 2 x 1 year extension options to be renewed annually at the sole discretion of Council.

The tender package is available for download via Tenderlink, note that registration on the portal is required. There is no cost to register.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 Noon (AEDT) Wednesday 8th October 2025

Late or emailed tender submissions will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
