Supporting families form refugee, asylum seeker and migrant background, to enrol children in kindergarten, early childhood services and school.
CALD Outreach support program
CALD stands for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse. It’s a term to describe people who come from migrant, refugee, or asylum seeker backgrounds and who may have different cultures or speak languages other than English at home.
We use this term to help us better understand and support CALD families in Wyndham as they raise their children and get them ready for kindergarten and school
