Seniors House of Fun (SHOF) allows us to find the inner child within all of us. With a variety of activities that change weekly, each session encourages us to interact with peers whilst having a little fun.
Keeping our mind alert and active is important through all stages of life. Playing games, art and crafts and social interactions are all great ways to keep us thinking, moving and laughing.
At Seniors House of Fun people walk in as strangers, but leave as friends.
