Werribee South - Beach Education and Sports Day - Tues 13 January

*Registrations open Saturday 3 January at 7am*

Come to Werribee South Beach for a day of free and fun activities for 5 to 18 years.

Morning activities - booking required:

• 10am to 12pm - Beach and Water Education with Life Saving Victoria - session tailored for people with disability and from culturally diverse backgrounds
• 10am to 10.45am- Skateboarding with Skateboarding Victoria
• 11am to 11.45am - Skateboarding with Skateboarding Victoria

Afternoon activities - booking required:

• 12.30 to 2.30pm - Basketball with Wyndham Basketball
• 12.30 to 2.30pm - Volleyball with Volleyball Victoria
• 12.30 to 2.30pm - Pickleball with WynActive 

Other activities - no booking required, just turn up!

• 11am to 1.30pm - Pop-Up Library Van - drop in!
• 11am to 1.30pm - Streetsurfer Bus with Wyndham Youth Services - drop in!

Bookings for people outside the 5 to 18 year age range will be cancelled.

How to Book:

1. Click on Register
2. Select Werribee South Beach Education and Sports Day entry - only 1 child can be registered at a time
3. Choose up to one activity ticket per morning or afternoon slot - you don't have to attend morning and afternoon
4. Complete the full registration
5. Booking for another child? - Start from the beginning and repeat

If you enjoy the activities, chat to the coaches or grab a flyer to find out how to carry on.

Please bring:

• a drink bottle with water
• comfortable clothing and trainers kids can be active in
• sun safety gear - hat and suncream
• water gear if doing beach safety - swimmers, towel, rash vest
• food and water

Sign up today, and tell your friends. Places are limited, if you change your mind about attending please cancel your ticket through Humanitix so others can join in: 

Click on your confirmation email, Click Manage Order, Click Refund/ Cancel tab, Select the ticket you would like to cancel, Click Review, Then Confirm.

General/ Safety Information:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before each session to tick your kid's name off on the register.
• If they feel unwell please consider whether they should attend.
• Please follow any processes in place as directed by the coaches.
• Under 16s must have a parent or carer with them
• No photos or videos please.

This event is being promoted by the Active Wyndham Calendar,  helping to connect Wyndham residents to physical activities they enjoy. 

Data collection and enquiries:

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
