Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children build the skills they need for everyday life, things like play, learning, social interaction, self-care, and managing big feelings. At this pop-up group, our goal is to support young families by creating a safe and welcoming space where children can enjoy play activities alongside an OT, while parents and carers have the chance to ask questions and learn more about child development and everyday strategies.
This is not a therapy session, but rather a relaxed “come and try” opportunity to connect with OTs, explore ideas, and find out what support might be available for your family.
Come and help plan what this new group could look like in 2026.
Meet other parents and have some morning tea.
Children are NOT required to have an NDIS plan to attend.
