Wyndham City invites community members to attend a Budget Forum on Saturday 16 August, from 9:30am to 11:00am at the Wyndham Civic Centre.

The purpose of the forum is to provide attendees with an overview of Council’s current financial position, how community feedback is incorporated into the final budget and an opportunity to reflect on the process.

Wyndham City CEO Stephen Wall, will present to attendee, providing insights into the Council’s current financial position, the challenges it faces, and the legislative requirements guiding community engagement in the budget process.

Attendees will also hear how community feedback helps shape Council priorities and decisions. 

The session includes an open Q&A with Councillors and Council staff, followed by discussion on future opportunities for budget engagement.

Members of the community are encouraged to register and attend this event to share their insights and thoughts. 

This is a valuable opportunity for residents to understand how the budget is developed and to have a say in shaping the future of our city.

Registration is essential, as places are limited. To secure a place residents are encouraged to register before 5:00pm on Monday 11 August via The Loop.
