DanceFit is run by a young and passionate woman who has been dancing for 8+ years, Saniya. She has been providing dance workshops to kids from 2020 at her house over the summer break. She has been part of one of India's biggest choreographers' dance batches "Shaimak Davar", and enjoys dancing as her hobby.

Fitting Fitness into your day

The demand for an adult fitness session for working people in our community began with a small group of ladies exercising out of a garage. The group grew so quickly that it had to move to the Community Centre to accommodate the increasing numbers. It now runs three days a week, with even more demand building for a weekend session.
