Growing a brand isn't just about defining a value proposition and tone of voice, it's about applying them consistently across all your channels to build recognition and trust. The real challenge for small businesses isn't creating one great post, it's maintaining quality and consistency while managing everything else your business demands.

In this interactive session, participants will learn how to use artificial intelligence to scale their marketing efforts efficiently without sacrificing brand identity. Guided by Dr. Jason Pallant, this hands-on workshop will cover three key areas:

  • Creating strategic content calendars that align with your customer interests, business goals and local opportunities;
  • Producing multiple marketing assets efficiently while maintaining your brand voice; and
  • Developing reusable systems and templates to streamline ongoing content creation.

Getting the most out of Workshop 2
Workshop 2 builds on concepts from Workshop 1 – AI for Business: Practical Tools for Marketing (October 2025). While participation in Workshop 1 is not a prerequisite, reviewing the recording, slides, and worksheet (linked here) will help you get the most value from this session. Participants are also encouraged to arrive with a draft value/positioning statement to fully engage in the practical activities.

Required - if possible, please bring your laptop for the best learning experience. Otherwise, handheld devices (e.g. a tablet or smartphone) can help too.
