Free Community Health Checks | Wyndham City

On World Stroke Day, IPC Community nurses will be visiting Wyndham's Community Centres to provide free blood pressure and blood sugar tests. These fast checks will help determine your stroke risk and overall health, and the nurses will be on hand to provide helpful advice. We'll also have our ongoing art project where every participant makes a ceramic blood cell to add to the jar, showing just how many people have benefitted from this project over the years.
