The competition opens at 9am on Saturday 10 January 2026 and closes at 5pm on Sunday 18 January 2026

Parents/Guardians over 18 years of age are eligible to enter this competition.

As part of the Pop-Up Traffic Park Competition 2026, Ivanhoe Cycles Hoppers Crossing are providing a bike to giveaway as a prize to encourage people to attend the Pop-Up Traffic Park 2026 event being held at Kelly Park, Werribee between 10-18 January 2026. 

The prize for this competition will be randomly drawn at the Wyndham City Civic Centre, 45 Princes Highway, Werribee VIC 3030 at 9am onTuesday 20th January 2026. The winning participant will be advised by phone and email on Tuesday 20th January 2026.

The main prize on offer is a ‘Haro Leucadia BMX Bike’ valued at $569.00 and provided by Ivanhoe Cycles Hoppers Crossing. Secondary prizes on offer are 20 individual ‘Melbourne Urban Spartan Kids Race tickets’ valued at $34.00 per ticket and provided by Spartan Race Australia.

How to enter this competition

  1. Read through these instructions and all the information on this page.
  2. You (parent/guardian) must attend the Pop-Up Traffic Park 2026 event at Kelly Park, Werribee with your child between the dates of 10-18 January 2026 to enter this competition.
  3. You must scan a QR code displayed on signage at the event and submit your details via an online form.

Your/your child’s personal information is being collected by Wyndham City Council to administer enable your child’s entry into the Pop-Up Traffic Park Competition 2026. and will Your and your child’s information will be stored in Council’s Customer Database and will be used by Council staff to communicate with you regarding the competition. Entries must be created by scanning the QR code and submitting your contact details using the form. Any personal information you submit to Council will be processed and stored in accordance with Council’s Privacy Policy. By entering the competition, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as stated in the competition Terms and Conditions.   1. This competition is run by Wyndham City Council in the state of Victoria, Australia only.
  2. By submitting your entry to this competition, you:

    (a) confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian (‘parent’) to a child(ren) participating at the Pop-Up Traffic Park; and
    (b) consent to you entering this competition; and 
    (c) accept these terms and conditions of entry.
  3. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be valid and will not be accepted.
  4. Entrants must be aged over 18 years as at Saturday 10 January 2026.
  5. Council staff, Councillors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  6. To be eligible to enter this competition, you must attend the Pop-Up Traffic Park 2026 event with your child(ren) at Kelly Park, Werribee between Saturday 10 January 2026 and Sunday 18 January 2026.
  7. To enter the competition, you must submit a properly completed entry form by scanning a QR code displayed at the Pop-Up Traffic Park 2026 event at Kelly Park, Werribee between 9:00am on Saturday 10 January 2025 and 5:00pm on Sunday 18 January 2026.  Entries which are incomplete or are received outside of this period will not be accepted.
  8. You acknowledge that the main prize offered to a winner of the competition is a Haro Leucadia BMX Bike (‘prize’) valued at $569.00 and will be provided by Ivanhoe Cycles Hoppers Crossing. Secondary prizes offered to additional 20 winners of the competition are 20 individual ‘Melbourne Urban Spartan Kids Race tickets’ valued at $34.00per ticket and will be provided by Spartan Race Australia. Each ticket grants one admission to the Melbourne Urban Spartan Kids Race in Werribee on 9 August 2026, suitable for children aged 4-14 years old. Tickets are subject to Spartan Race Australia terms and conditions.
  9. Only one entry per entrant will be accepted. You acknowledge and agree that if you submit multiple entries, you will only be eligible for a maximum of one entry into the competition for this prize.
  10. Entries will be randomly drawn by Council staff at the Wyndham City Civic Centre, 45 Princes Highway, Werribee at 9am on Tuesday 20 January 2026.
  11. The winners of this competition will be advised by Council staff by contacting the parent or guardian of the child via phone or email between 9am and 5pm on Tuesday 20 January 2026.
  12. The winners of this competition will have up to 72 hours to acknowledge and accept the prize, otherwise another random draw will take place on Friday 23 January 2026 to determine a new winner.
  13. If a winner’s parent(s) does not acknowledge and accept their prize by 5pm on Tuesday 27January 2026, Council may opt to conduct further random draws to determine a new winner.
  14. To redeem the main prize, the winner must be able and willing to collect the bike in person at Ivanhoe Cycles Hoppers Crossing within 14 days of acknowledging and accepting the prize. To redeem the secondary prizes, winners must be able and willing to collect the ticket in person at Wyndham City Council Civic Centre within 14 days of acknowledging and accepting the prize.
  15. All prizes will not be altered or exchanged, unless at the cost of the winner
  16. Council reserves the right not to award the prizes if the winner has breached any of these terms and conditions.
  17. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  18. You must indemnify and hold harmless Council, its Councillors and employees against all costs, claims and liability arising in connection with a breach or potential breach of these terms and conditions.
  19. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, corrupt or invalid entries.
  20. If for any reason, the competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, alter or suspend the competition and/or modify these terms and conditions.
  21. Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
