Calisthenics is a team-based sport that offers a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skill, that helps develops strong, confident leaders through friendship and teamwork.

Our classes blend high-energy dance moves with a heart-pumping workout, all set to the vibrant beats of Bhangra, Bollywood and International dance music.

Iramoo Playgroup is a warm and welcoming space where parents, grandparents, caregivers, and children aged 0–5 years can come together to play, connect, and learn in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Come along and have some fun with BOPS! Specialty music classes for 1-5 year olds. Two sessions at 9:30am and 10:15am every Tuesday!
