The demand for an adult fitness session for working people in our community began with a small group of ladies exercising out of a garage. The group grew so quickly that it had to move to the Community Centre to accommodate the increasing numbers. It now runs three days a week, with even more demand building for a weekend session.

DanceFit is run by a young and passionate woman who has been dancing for 8+ years, Saniya.

A trial course for anyone to access and play Disc golf, open every day

Come along and have some fun with BOPS! Specialty music classes for 1-5 year olds. Two sessions at 9:30am and 10:15am every Tuesday!

Master Movers is designed specifically for people over 50. It offers low impact, chair-assisted exercises and is suitable for those who haven’t exercised in a while.

Local not for profit social enterprise (local volunteers) provide meals to the community every Tuesday. Order your meals and catering orders.
