Invitation to Tender CONTRACT NO. CT001491 Panel for General Building Maintenance and Reactive Services

Wyndham City Council invites tenders for CT001491 – Panel for General Building Maintenance and Reactive Services. This contract will establish a schedule-of-rates panel of qualified contractors and trades across up to twenty service categories, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general building maintenance, roofing, fire services, security systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.

Panel members will deliver maintenance, reactive, and emergency works across Council facilities. The initial contract term is 2 years, with extension options of 1 + 1 years at Council’s discretion.
