Wyndham City Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver land clearance and property maintenance services across various locations within the Wyndham municipality.
Services include grass cutting, slashing, brush cutting, rubbish and debris removal, vegetation management, weed control, reinstatement works, temporary fencing, and emergency call-outs. The Contractor will be required to supply all labour, equipment and materials, attend jobs at short notice, meet required timeframes, and ensure all sites are left clean and safe. Safe access must be maintained at all times, and compliant Traffic Management Plans are required where works are undertaken near roads or public areas.
The tender package is available for download via the TenderLink portal, and submissions must also be lodged through the TenderLink e-Tendering system.
All enquiries relating to the project scope must be submitted through the TenderLink Supplier Noticeboard established for this tender.
All submissions must be electronically submitted via the TenderLink portal no later than 5:00pm on Thursday, 11th December 2025.
Late, emailed or facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
